Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. All online liquor sales are processed by Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd ABN 69 001 641 907 under Liquor Licence no. LIQW880015345. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

NSW: Under the Liquor Act 2007, it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years [Penalty exceeds $17000].

content which, in our reasonably held opinion, is obscene, offensive, upsetting, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate, infringes or appears to infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or contravenes or appears to contravene any applicable laws, regulations or codes of conduct; content which is incorrect, false, misleading or defamatory; or files with any viruses, malicious code or other conditions which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software. Shipping & Returns

 

Orders are shipped via Australia Post standard e-Parcel online service and are trackable by their respective websites. Once shipped the tracking details will be sent to your inbox.

Flat rate shipping of $15 Australia wide, unless specified by the engaged shipping company

Standard shipping: Delivery within 5 working days to all major metropolitan areas (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
All orders placed prior to 11:30 AM are processed same business day. All orders placed after 11:30 AM are processed the following business day. 

Please note that under certain circumstances Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd may not be able to leave your delivery as directed under a Permission to leave box unattended/signature not required. In these instances, your complete order will be delivered to your nearest Australia Post office or delivery centre for your collection. Please also note our courier drivers cannot call before delivery.

A signature may be required for delivery. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery the courier will leave a note for collection by you from the nearest Australia Post office or delivery centre. The person collecting the goods from the Collection point must be 18 or over and able to present identification corresponding to the name of the consignee. If the order is not collected within 10 working days, it may be returned to Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery.

Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd will not deliver alcohol to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If the recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the alcohol.

Permission can be made to leave box unattended/signature not required by selecting our “Permission to leave box unattended/signature not required” option with your shipping details.

 

Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd and contractors associated with the delivery do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Permission to leave Box unattended/signature not required method. You agree to release Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. If the address is incorrect and/or the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the order will be returned to our distribution centre and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed and the customer chooses no re-delivery then a handling charge and all applicable freight charges will be deducted from any refund made. To avoid these costs, we recommend that you double-check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.

If customers are sending goods to their place of work, it is helpful if they include the business name, office tower name and level.


Please note: Delivery timelines are a guideline only and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable event beyond Ruby Wednesday Distillery’s reasonable control.

PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices on the Australian Ruby Wednesday Gin (Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd) website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or PayPal.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
By purchasing a product online from Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd, you agree to pay an amount totalling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.

WARRANTY, REFUNDS & RETURNS

Ruby Wednesday does not offer a warranty on any product.

Returns, replacements, credit notes and refunds are provided only where the product is faulty or damaged and is at the sole discretion of Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd. Please notify Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd within 5 days of delivery if you believe a product to be faulty or damaged. Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd reserves the right to request and review evidence that the product is faulty or damaged prior to issuing a refund. Where Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd accepts a return, free return shipping may be provided and a replacement, credit note or refund will be issued once the product is received by Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd and confirmed faulty or damaged.



Should you make an error when ordering online, Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd will gladly refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. Ruby Wednesday Distillery Pty Ltd recommends all return items use tracking identification, we are not liable for any damaged products in transit by freight companies for returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
